Challenge
To facilitate the installation of new prefabricated office facilities for the Multicargo and Marine teams, the existing Portacom office complex required demolition and replacement. The project involved delivering all supporting infrastructure and site services while maintaining port operations, minimising disruption to staff, and ensuring a safe environment for both pedestrians and vehicles within an active operational port environment.

Project Impact
This project provided the critical infrastructure foundation for Port of Auckland's new Multicargo and Marine office facilities. Ramek's involvement from design coordination through to construction delivery ensured that essential services, roads, lighting, and supporting infrastructure were delivered safely and efficiently within a complex operational environment. The completed works not only enabled the successful relocation of staff into modern facilities but also improved site-wide safety, traffic movement, lighting, and overall functionality for port personnel and visitors.
